Crucell, a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on the development, production and marketing of vaccines and antibodies for the prevention and control of infectious diseases,
was looking for a valuable gift for all its employees worldwide in December 2010. A gift that would fit in its Corporate Social Responsibility policy. A velvety soft A5 folder was chosen in one of the distinctive Crucell-brand colors: orange. The folder, supplied with a notepad, was handmade in a workshop in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The job offered the craftsmen in Dhaka a big challenge, but thanks to the great care and attention and guidance of tuyu, it was brought to a good end.
